please be sure the CAPS lock key is
off. If the CAPS lock key is on, it
will prevent the DECA Quiz Bowl from
starting.

- If
it will not install and your serial
number contains
hyphens, you
were sent a new game in January of
2002. It arrived in a gold bubble wrap
envelope. That serial number starts
ends an SL or SU. If you cannot locate
it, call us. We'll get you up and
running.

It could have been
shipped to the warehouse by mistake. Then,
you probably never received it.
